Inspirational Leadership
Good leaders are what make an organisation successful! This Leadership programme challenges delegates to reflect on their own leadership style, their values, alignment with organisation values, mission, vision, and followship. Delegates are encouraged to search for the answers to questions such as "How can I be an effective leader?" "Why should I lead anyone?" "What's the difference between leaders and managers" "What can I contribute to the development of future leders in the organisation?"
Management Today
This programme is excellent for both new and experienced managers. Sessions include goal setting, presenting confidently, hiring and retaining the best, delegating with confidence, time management, managing teams, appraisal and coaching, handling problem employees, crises management, developing yourself, becoming a leader, strategy, and mastering financial tools. (Sessions can de delivered as a package or stand-alone).
Performance & Executive Coaching
Delegates will be introduced to a range of coaching tools which facilitate bespoke solutions for a range of challenging problems or situations. Delegates will be able to identify what works well, less well or not at all and how to address these to achieve appropriate solutions and action plans.
360 Degree Feedback
This is a great programme for organisations serious about developing an ongoing process of assessment, performance evaluations and performance discussions. We will help you set goals, create development experiences, improve performance and enhance organizational development. In addition working with you, we will facilitate the development of 360 degree competencies appropriate to your organization, implement the 360 programme and provide feedback to delegates undertaking the exercise.
Myers Briggs Type Indicator - Step I and Step II
This service can be delivered on a one to one or group basis. Delegates complete a questionnaire which results in determining their preferences. Ensuing workshops explore the 16 MBTI types, differences between people, using differences to work effectively, change, leadership and conflict. MBTI sessions also help individuals and groups discover potential areas for personal development and growth.
Action Learning Sets
This programme is ideal for managers and staff of different disciplines who want to achieve results but are 'stuck'. Tools and techniques which enable positive challenge, lateral thinking and change will be taught to delegates. We will facilitate a minimum of 3 action learning sets during which time delegates will have opportunities to test and develop their skills and tools.
Leading and Achieving Effective Change
Why do some individuals accept change whilst others 'fight' it all the way? In this workshop we will challenge your perceptions and resistance as well as provide you with a range of tools to effectively manage change.
Building & Developing Trust
This session addresses the importance of trust in personal and professional relationships. Delegates will explore the areas of behaviour, respect, intention, credibility and authenticity.
The Power of Intent
Often we do things with good intention, but the way they are received may not be positive. In this workshop we look at what happens when things go wrong. Dealing with tensions and miscommunication, and the link between intent and trust.
