Meeting your needs:

At Grassroots Consulting we recognise the importance of achieving results linked to clients' strategic aims and objectives.  To achieve this one of our associates will work closely with you to design a bespoke programme which ensures the achievement of interim and end results.  In addition, we will help you identify areas for future development. 

How we work:

We subscribe to the view that people 'learn by doing' so our approach is one of facilitation whereby delegates are positively challenged, given responsibility and take accountability for their personal and professional learning and development.   

We apply a flexible approach, developing programmes to challenge you whilst meeting your needs. 

Support:

All delegates are provided with ongoing on-line support for up to 30 working days(dependent on course selected)

Venues:

Sessions and programmes can be delivered at your premises or at an external location.  Programme duration 1 to 5 days (minimum) depending on your needs.  Courses can be delivered on a residential basis if required.

Delegate Numbers:

We are able to work with clients on a one-to-one or group basis.  Groups sizes tend to range between a minimum of 5 and up to 100 are accepted

Cost:

Dependent on delegate numbers and level of programme selected
